Ingredients

    1 to 1 1/2 pounds of London Broil - chopped into bite size pieces
    14oz can of Stewed Tomatoes
    1 can of Beef broth
    Salsa, 1 cup
    Minced Garlic, 2 tsp
    Ground Cumin, 1 tsp
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (16 oz)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium chipped fine
    1/3 cup of water
    1/4 cup of whole grain flour

Directions

Combine all ingredients in crock-pot except for water and flour. Cover and cook on high 5 hours orlow 10 hours. Combine water and flour until smooth. Stir into meat mixture. Cook an additional 15 minutes.

Serve with hot rolls - not included.

Serves 7 people.
