Ingredients

    1 lb lean hamburg meat, cooked
    1 jar (700ml) of Catelli Garden Select Pasta sauce
    1 Tbsp dried parsley
    1.5 tsp dried oregano
    2 cups of 1% cottage cheese
    1/4 c Parmesan cheese
    2 cups Kraft Tex Mex cheese
    1/4 c Parmesan cheese (for topping)
    9 gluten-free lasagne noodles

Tips

You may substitute ricotta cheese for the cottage cheese.


Directions

Cook hamburg meat until brown. Add pasta sauce and let simmer. Meanwhile, cook and drain lasagne noodles as directed on package. Heat oven to 350F. Mix cottage cheese, 1/4 c Parmesan cheese, 1Tbsp parsley and 1.5 tsp of oregano in small bowl. Spread 1 cup of meat sauce mixture in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Top with 3 noodles and spread with 1 cup of cottage cheese mixture; spread with 1 cup of sauce mixture. Sprinkle with 2/3 cup of shredded cheese. Repeat with 3 noodles, remaining cheese mixture, 1 cup of sauce mixture and 2/3 cup of shredded cheese. Top with remaining noodles and sauce mixture. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 15-20 minutes longer or until hot and bubbly. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
