Ingredients

    2.5 pounds lean pork or beef roast, chopped in 1" pieces*
    2 small red potatoes, chopped*
    2 medium yellow onions, diced
    6 garlic cloves
    8oz pacakge sliced mushrooms
    3 cups butternut squash, diced
    1 cup diced brocolli stalks (or celery)
    4 cups beef broth
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1T soy sauce
    2T worchestershire sauce
    1T basil
    1T paprika
    4 Bay leaves
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

Very customizable to preference


Directions

Spray crock pot or use a liner. Thank me later
Chop onions and place in bottom
Chop meat and place in next layer
Chop up rest of veggies and potatoes and squash and place on top
Sprinkle in spices along the way
Pour Beef broth over the top

Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8
Can add a flour and butter mixture in at the end to thicken if desired.

Serving Size: Makes 6 decent sized bowls. I eat 1.5 servings
