Ingredients

    1 12oz box Creamette Pasta
    1lb ground lean pork sausage cooked and drained
    6 raw tomatoes chopped
    2 cups sliced mushrooms
    1 onion chopped
    1 clove garlic minced
    1.5 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 tbsp fresh basil chopped
    1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
    1 cup shredded three cheese blend

Tips

Add salt and pepper to taste.


Directions

Cook the pasta as directed. Brown pork sausage, drain and rinse to remove excess fat. In large skillet add the olive oil. Saute onion, mushrooms and garlic until tender and brown. Add chopped tomatoes, cook on medium until some of the liquid evaporates. Add cooked sausage, basil and Parmesan. Mix well. Add to cooked pasta and pour in 9x13 baking pan. Top with remaining three blend cheese.
