Ingredients

Add to blender in following order:
8 oz (approx 1 cup) Almond Milk, Unsweetened
1 Tbls (.33 serving) Whey Protein (Whey Factors)
1/2 Banana (medium, fresh or frozen, peeled)
1 cup Strawberries (unsweetened whole, fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup Pineapple (diced, fresh or frozen)
2 cups fresh Spinach (whole, washed)
Tips
I combine all the fresh fruit for this recipe and freeze in plastic bags, so that I only need to add the Almond Milk, Whey Protein and Spinach when I wake up in the morning. These smoothies can also be made in advance and frozen, but be sure to give 24 hrs to defrost and stir before eating.
