Ingredients

    1 1/2 Cups frozen, shelled edamame
    2 Tbls fresh cilantro
    2 Tbls rice vinegar
    1 1/2 Tbls dark sesame oil,
    1/2 tsp sesame seeds
    1/4 tsp kosher salt
    1 Cup shredded carrot
    1/4 Cup sliced green onions

Directions

Boil edamame 3 minutes or until tender. Drain. Combine cilantro, rice vinegar, dark sesame oil, sesame seeds and kosher salt in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk. Stir in edamame, shredded carrot and green onions.

Serving Size: Makes 4 1/2-Cup services
