This Chili is quick and easy and LOADED with veggies, making it a great option for busy weeknights. The addition of the DCD cocoa rub gives it a decadent feel, despite the low calories! Ingredients

    2 Tbs Dove Chocolate Discoveries Cocoa Rub
    16 ounces Ground Turkey
    794 grams canned diced tomatoes
    1 can red kidney beans
    Frozen veggies of choice (I used Shoprite's frozen stir fry veggie mix)
    1 medium sized onion, diced
    2-3 stalks of celery, diced

Directions

Brown onions, celery and ground turkey in the bottom of a good sized pot.

Add Cocoa rub and any other seasonings you like.

Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans and frozen veggies.

Bring to a boil, then lower heat and let simmer till you're ready to eat. Make sure to keep an eye on it, once the liquid starts cooking off so you don't burn the bottom. ;-)
