Ingredients

    1 large Apple, peeled, cored, sliced
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon earth balance margarine
    2 teaspoons brown sugar
    1.5 tablespoons water

Directions

Peel and core the apple. Slice and/chop into small pieces and put into microwave safe bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and stir to coat the apple pieces
Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave 1 more minute.
Enjoy your sweet treat!
