Ingredients

    gluten free steel cut oats
    vegan butter
    100% pumpkin puree (organic is best)
    cinnamon-to taste
    clove-to taste
    optional sugar: dates, dried fruits
    optional: top with sliced almonds or chopped walnuts

Tips

no slow cooker than boil for 45 min on stove top
and follow the directions for cooking on the box of steel cut oats


Directions

dump whole box of gluten free steel cut oats in a oiled slow cooker dump 5 cups of water and 1 can of 100% pumpkin puree
