Ingredients

    2 cans chili beans
    1 lb. ground chuck
    4 peeled carrots
    1 half onion
    8 roma tomato
    1 med. jalapeno
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 small can tomato paste
    salt pepper and garlic powder to taste
    6-8 tbsp chili powder to taste

Tips

this recipe is super easy, I like to keep my ingredients simple, sometimes less is more.


Directions

brown onions with beef and salt, add to simmering tomatos and veggies, add water as necessary for desired thickness. simmer on med-low for an hour
