Ingredients

    1 LB. Organic Chicken Tenders or Cutlets
    1/2 Cup Coconut or Almond Flour
    2 Organic Eggs
    1 Tbsp. Coconut Milk
    1 Cup Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
    1/2 tsp. Himalayan Pink Salt
    1/2 tsp Black Pepper
    Coconut Oil for pans

Directions

Preheat Oven to 425 degrees
Rinse Chicken
Grease Cookie Sheet with Coconut Oil
In 3 seperate bowls put:
1) Flour with seasonings
2) Eggs with Coconut Milk
3) Shredded Coconut
Dip chicken in the Flour, then the egg mixture & last the shredded coconut.
Place chicken on cookie sheet.
Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
