Ingredients

    2 C Cooked Macaroni
    1 Tbsp Butter with Olive Oil
    1 C Low-Fat Evaporated Milk
    1 C 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp Minced Onion
    1/2 tsp Salt

Tips

This recipe is easily doubled.


Directions

Toss cooked macaroni with butter; add remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly-greased stoneware. Cover and cook 21/2 to 4 hours, stirring once or twice.
