Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef
    1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
    1/4 cup skim milk
    3/4 teas salt
    1/2 teas Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 teas black pepper
    1 small onion chopped (about 1/4 cup)
    1 egg

Directions

Mix all ingredients: shape into twenty 1 1.2 inch meatballs. To Microwave. Place in microwave safe dish (12 x 7 1/2 x 2) cover loosely. microwave on high for 3 min. Rearrange meatballs. Cover loosely and microwave on high for 5 to 7 min. longer.
To bake. Preheat oven to 400%.
Place in ungreased rectangular pan (13 x 9 x2)
Bake uncovered 20 to 25 min.
