2 1/8c skim milk
1 14oz can (1 7/8c) light coconut milk, chilled (I used Trader Joe's)
1 pkg sugar free,fat free Jello instant pistachio pudding
The instructions for my Cuisinart say it takes 20 minutes to freeze the ice cream, I typically run the machine for 30 minutes. This recipe didn’t “swell” as much as a fuller cream ice cream recipe does in this ice cream maker...it does make a little more than the 8 servings I listed, but it’s hard to scrape all the ice cream off the frozen urn, etc, so the serving size is rounded off.
