Introduction

You can use this on a sandwich, in a pita or in a wrap. You can use this on a sandwich, in a pita or in a wrap.

Ingredients

    2 hard boiled eggs
    1/2 stalk of celery, finely diced
    1/2 tbsp of regular mayo

Tips

Don't cook the eggs too long otherwise they won't peel very well.


Directions

Peel the eggs and place in bowl. Try and "chop" them up a bit. Add the mayonnaise and the finely diced celery. Stir and fold together until well combined.
