Ingredients

    8 cups of ground multi grains
    1tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
    3 cloves garlic
    1 1/2 tbsp yeast
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. smart balance
    2 1/2 c. warmed milk

Directions

Grind grains to make flour. Add all dry ingredients and mix. Add all other ingredients except for milk and mix. While mixing add milk slowly. If too dry add more milk. If too wet add more flour. Make into bread loaves or rolls. Bake at 350* for 30 to 60mins. depending on size.

    Incredible!
    I have used this recipe many times, and I always love it. I actually recommend using butter instead of smart balance, because smart balance is unnatural. I like to dip the top of the rolls in milk and then press seeds and oats onto each roll to make it pretty. - 5/23/13
