Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 cup Quick Dry Oats
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 Egg
    1/3 cup Agave
    1/2 cup Applesauce
    3/4 cup Whole Milk
    1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 cup Mashed Banana

Tips

Directions

In a medium bowl mix the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl slightly beat the egg. Add the milk, applesauce, agave, vanilla and mashed banana. Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients until mixed. Spray large muffin tins and Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Let cool and enjoy!
