Ingredients

15 corn tortilla shells, baked (hard)
14.5 oz can fat free refried beans
3 cups sargento shredded cheddar
1 cup chopped green onion
2 T Herdex salsa verde
Tips
optional: add sliced jalapenos, black olives; top with diced tomato and shredded lettuce.
Directions
Line a large cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Arrange 6 tortillas on cookie sheet.
stir salsa into beans and heat for one minute in the microwave on high.
Spread 1 oz bean mixture on each tortilla.
Sprinkle 3 tablespoons cheese and 1 tablespoon green onion on top of the beans.
Layer 6 tortillas overlapping the bottom layer; repeat bean, cheese and onion.
Layer 3 tortillas overlapping second layer; repeat bean, cheese and onion.
Heat in over for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serving Size: makes 5 servings of 3 tostadas each
