Ingredients

    These muffins can be anything you want. Put or take out ingredients you like or fit your needs. This is a plan simple recipe.

    muffin tin
    6-8 slices of bacon
    1 stalk of broccoli
    8-10 mushrooms
    1/2 red onion
    10-12 Vital Farms Eggs
    1 cup of baby spinach
    1/4 tsp of Mrs Dash
    black pepper dash

Directions

Pre Heat oven to 350, while oven is preheating cut up veggies you wish to have in your muffins. Prepare muffin tin by putting cupcake paper wrappers in the muffin tin spray each paper wrapper with cooking spray. Muffins will stick otherwise. Fill each paper wrapper with your veggies and meat, fill at least 1/3 full. Fix eggs to put in tins by cracking and whisking eggs well add pepper and Mrs. Dash mix together.
Now add 1/4 cup of egg mixture in each paper wrapper. Now once filled put in oven and cook for 20-25 minutes. Check after 15 to see if done but it can take up to 25 mins.
