Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1/2 cup quick oats
    1 cup water
    1/2 cup coconut milk
    1/2 banana
    1.5 cups spinach
    1 Apple, sliced
    1 TBSP Almond Butter
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp Nutmeg
    1/2 tsp All Spice
    2 envelopes knox gelatin
    1-2 cups ice to bring the total volume to 6 cups

Tips

I take 1 banana and 1 cup coconut milk, and blend together and then freeze it.


Directions

Night before:
1) Make quick oats using 1 c water and refrigerate
2) blend banana and coconut milk and freeze in ice cube tray

In the Morning:
1) Dice apples into small pieces
2) dump all ingredients into blender
3) blend until smooth


Serving Size: makes 3 approximately 2 cup smoothies
