Ingredients

    2 packages of fresh boneless chicken thighs (about 3 lbs total)
    1 can Cannelini Beans, rinsed and drained
    1 can Diced Tomatoes (any flavor)
    1 tsp salt
    Black Pepper to taste
    1 Tbl garlic powder
    1 can of water

Directions

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker, with chicken on the bottom. Add one can full of water. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over rice.
