    1 and 1/3 cup of aunt jemima whole wheat blend pancake and waffle mix
    1 cup of milk
    1 tablespoon of applesauce
    3 tablespoons of egg beaters egg substitute
    1/3 cup of golden raisins
    1/3 cup of dried cranberries
    Mix all together and make about 1/4 cup pancake

Directions

Heat up pan...cook

Serving Size: 1/4 cup yields about seven
