Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 8 oz package of Ciliengini Mozzarella, drained( small fresh mozzarella balls)
    1 package of cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 tbsp good quality olive oil (extra virgin adds lots of flavor)
    1 clove of garlic, minced
    1 bunch of fresh basil leaves, julianned
    (about 1 tbsp worth)
    1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions

In medium bowl wisk balsamic vinegar, oil, garlic basil and salt together. Add tomatoes and mozzarella. Toss ingredients together. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Can be served on bed of fresh greens. Makes approx 6 servings.
