Ingredients

    8 large eggs
    1 c milk
    1/4 c white flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    onion powder, garlic powder and pepper to taste
    1 c shredded cheddar

Tips

Good as a wrap around ham or just topped with sour cream. Can add meat to the mixture too.


Directions

Beat eggs and milk well. Add seasonings, flour and baking powder just until mixed in. Add cheese and mix just til comes together. Fry 1/3 c at a time on non stick skillet until browned on both sides.
