Ingredients

    2 lb ground beef (lean)
    2 cans diced tomato
    1 cup water
    1 small onion chopped
    Add other low-carb veggies at will (mushrooms, pepper, etc.)
    Salt Free Chili seasoning (I like Penzie's)

Directions

cut onion, saute with ground beef. Drain fat from beef. Add to slow cooker with tomatoes. Season with chili seasonings of choice (I use salt-free Penzies).

Serving Size: makes 8 1-cup servings
