Introduction

This has a stew like consistency, add more water or broth for soup This has a stew like consistency, add more water or broth for soup

Ingredients

    Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage, 3 links
    Carrots, raw, 1 medium
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove, minced
    1 tsp italian seasoning
    TruRoots Organic Sprouted Bean Trio, 1 cup dry
    4 Cups water
    collards, frozen, chopped, 12 oz bag

Directions

remove casings from sausage
brown & chop up sausage (I used 10 inch skillet)
when sausage is mostly brown, add aromatics (garlic,onion, carrots & herbs) and saute until soft
add sprouted beans & water
reduce heat, cover & simmer 15ish minutes
add collards cover & simmer another 10ish minutes
