Ingredients

    Eggplant
    pink or plain sea salt
    olive oil
    nutritional yeast
    garlic bread (salt-free) seasoning
    garlic powder
    curry powder
    cumin
    Smoked or plain paprika
    Xantham gum

Tips

Ingredients aren't the exact tones I used, and I'm sure the salt content is MUCH lower because the garlic bread seasoning I used was The Gourmet Collection's, which is salt free. As well as cumin, curry powder, etc,pretty sure not that much salt!


Directions

Bake according to MB Dana's recipe, cut way more eggplant than just 7 4" rounds, more like next time I should just use the whole eggplant...

Need to try it with actual fresh garlic cloves and herbs too, maybe research what spices go in real cheese queso dip.

All in all, for the 1st time trying this - without almond milk or fresh garlic or cornstarch! - I was impressed (:
