Ingredients

    1 large package fat free sugar fee vanilla pudding
    1 jumbo egg well beaten
    4 cups fat free milk
    1 cup minute rice uncooked
    1/2 cup raisins
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp nutmeg

Tips

If you do not want a skin to form on the pudding,place plastic wrap directly on top of the cooked product so no air can get at it before chilling.


Directions

In a large sauce pan beat egg well.Add rest of ingredients and heat over medium high heat stirring constantly until it becomes a rolling boil and thickens.Remove from heat and place in a bowl(s) and chill immediately.
