My husband and I had these on our honeymoon in St. Thomas. They were absolutely delicious! They told us how to make them, however, we have never been able to match it exactly. Ingredients

2 whole Portabella Mushroom heads- cleaned
1 bottle Newman's Own Light Italian Dressing
2 slices Provolone Cheese
1 small Tomato- sliced
Directions
Clean mushrooms. Pour bottle of Italian dressing into ziplock bag add mushrooms. Marinate all day or overnight.
Remove mushroom from marinade and dispose of dressing. Grill or broil mushrooms about 3 minutes on each side. With top of mushroom down, place sliced tomatoes on each cap. Top with slices of Provolone cheese. Return to grill or broiler til cheese is brown and bubbly.
