Ingredients

    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Brown Sugar, 2 tsp unpacked
    Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 0.50 cup
    white whole wheat flour, 1 cup
    1 large egg
    Stevia in the Raw, 2 serving

Tips

I ground my oats to make flour. You might need to add a little extra milk if the batter is too thick.


Directions

Mix dry ingredients.
Mix liquid ingredients, whish until no lumps.
Mix it all together.
1/4 cup per pancake
Cook over medium heat.
