Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    - 1 or 2 pork fillets (around 1kg)
    - 1kg raw carrots
    - 1 bell pepper
    - 1 garlic clove
    - some beef, veal or other stock
    - Provencal herbs
    - salt, pepper
    - water

Tips

With a pinch of honey-flavoured mustard, this tastes totally wonderful !


Directions

Preheat your oven to th.7 (210°C)

Take off all the greasy parts of the pork fillet, to keep only the meat.

Peel and and cut the carrots into rings. Dice the bell pepper and clean the garlic.

In a huge baking dish, set the fillet and surround it with the carrots, the bell pepper and the garlic.

In 1L of hot water, dilute enough stock, then pour it onto the vegetables and the pork.
Season with salt, pepper and Provençal herbs.

Bake in the oven until the carrots are melty (around 1 hour).

Serve it hot and enjoy!
