Ingredients

    1 large rutabaga
    1 large sweet potato
    1 butternut squash
    1 medium onion
    3 large carrots
    1 pint light cream
    10 small ginger snap cookies

Directions

place all vegetables in slow cooker, cover with water and cook until vegetables are soft. Drain off water, mash the vegetables, and add cream and ginger snaps, and let cook on low in slow cooker for another 45 minutes.
