Ingredients

    1 large beet
    1 large sweet potato
    1 sm red potato
    1 shallot
    4 garlic cloves
    Green Cabbage about 2 cups
    Low sodium broth 6 c
    1 Jalapeņo pepper
    1 serrano pepper
    1/4 red bell pepper
    3 carrots

Tips

top with brewers yeast, coconut oil, and raw cashews


Directions

place olive oil in bottom of large pot and warm on low for 3 minutes while you chop veggies
Drop Shallot and garlic, and peppers in bottom to sweat
Add rest of veggies after 4 minutes of sweating
Add Broth and turn heat to med.
