    1 lb ground pork
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    3 cloves garlic
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp ground cloves
    1/2 tsp ginger


Use turkey if desired. Bread crumbs are to be used to reach desired consistency. Add more spices is desired. Spread on toast or crackers.


Put all ingredients except bread crumbs in pot and simmer 40-60 minutes. Remove excess liquid. Add bread crumbs. Portion out into 3 tupperware containers. Freeze two and refrigerate 1.
