Directions

Cut up 1 lb of beef stew meat into desired size/s. Put into a crockpot with 2 32 oz containers of beef broth. Cook on low for 1 hour, add potatoes and vegetables, cook an additional 2 hours or until meat and potatoes are desired tenderness. Season to taste.
