12 oz package of cranberries coarsely chopped, cooked in microwave 2 mins
zest and peeled (remove all white) orange
1 tsp fresh ginger
1 package orange sugar free jello
2 single serving packages of truvia
1 tbsp maple (or ginger) syrup
Directions
12 oz package of cranberries chopped, cooked in microwave 2 mins
zest, peel and section (remove all white) orange, mash into cranberries, add zest to mixture
add truvia and 1 tsp fresh ginger, plus 1 tbsp of ginger or maple syrup
1 package orange sugar free jello, only use 1 cup of water, mix into cranberries and orange mixture
