Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup light vanilla soymilk
    1/4 of a 1 pound package of silken tofu
    1 cup unsweetened frozen blackberries
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/2 cup apple juice

Directions

Dump everything into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a large glass and enjoy. You could divide this into two servings if you wanted but I didn't.
