Ingredients

    4 cups whole fresh cranberries
    2 clementines(cuties)
    1 cup water
    1 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons Maple/Agave syrup

Tips

use a little bit deeper pot than you would think, popping berries can splatter a bit.


Directions

bring water and sugar to boil, add 4 cups whole fresh berries and 2 peeled cuties, simmer for 10 minutes, uncovered, until berries pop. Add maple/agave syrup. let cool to room temp and refrigerate until ready to serve.
