Ingredients

    4 eggs
    1.25 C Flour
    2 C milk
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tblsp. sugar

Tips

Top with favorite fruit and whipped cream, or syrup, cinnamon & sugar, or powdered sugar.


Directions

Beat eggs, sugar, & salt. Gradually add flour & milk. Mix batter and spread enough batter on to a heated crepe pan to lightly cover the pan. Cook until light brown, and turn. Remove when golden in color and cooked through.
