    6 oz center-cut porkchop
    2 tbsp breadcrumbs
    salt & black pepper to taste


trim excess fat from porkchop
season with salt & pepper to taste
on a plate or in a bag put breadcrumbs add porkchop and toss until coated with crumbs
place on non-stick pan and bake in oven 425F for 30 minutes

    I used seasoned breadcrumbs mixed with panko breadcrumbs....the whole family loved it! (better then the packaged mix!) - 7/13/09
