Introduction

This zippy relish with horseradish has been a favorite on NPR and in our household for over 30 years. This zippy relish with horseradish has been a favorite on NPR and in our household for over 30 years.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 C whole cranberries
    1/2 medium onion
    1 C Greek yogurt
    1/3 C sugar
    2 T horseradish

Tips

This recipe is repeating on NPR All Things Considered every year. They call for sour cream. I use yogurt.


Directions

Use a food processor to grind the cranberries and onions.
Put cranberry mix into a bowl. Add remaining ingredients, and stir. Place in a freezable container, and freeze, until Thanksgiving day. Move the frozen container to the refridge to thaw. Stir before serving. Yes, it will be the color of Pepto Bismol!
