Ingredients

1-2/3 c. whole wheat flour
1-1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. each of cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. water
1c. canned pumpkin
2 eggs
1 c. raisins
1c. chopped walnuts
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together. Stir wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just mixed. Add raisins and nuts.
Spray the pans with cooking spray and line with parchment paper.
Bake at 325 degrees for 45-60 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Serving Size: Makes 2 8-1/2"x4-1/2" loaves or 24 slices
