Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
    1 small onion, diced
    3 carrots, shredded
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    2 small cans diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 can red kidney beans, drained
    1 can black bean, drained
    1 can canellini beans, drained
    4 cups beef broth
    3 tsp oregano
    2 tsp pepper
    5 tsp parsley flakes
    1 tsp hot sauce
    1-20 oz jar Prego traditional spaghetti sauce
    8 oz ditali pasta or something small


Directions

Brown & drain beef. Add all ingredients,except pasta, to crockpot. Stir and cook on low 7-8 hrs or 4-5 hrs on high.

Add pasta last 1/2 of cooking time, or cook according to package, drain and add before serving.
