Ingredients

    3 C low sodium chicken broth

    1 C each
    -chopped celery
    -chopped raw asparagus
    -raw acorn squash

    1 1/2 C chopped raw broccoli stems

    1 cup frozen roasted turkey

    1 tsp red onion

    1 dash each
    -thyme
    -sage
    -majorum
    -Mrs. Dash no salt

Tips

I cut each vegetable into 1/2 " or so pieces. Prepare acorn squash per Sparkpeople produce app, peel and cut. This uses about half of a medium sized squash.


Directions

Combine, add dashes of sage, thyme, oregano and Mrs. Dash salt free origional.

Bring just to boil, reduce to simmer, cook for 2 hrs or so until squash is tender.
