    Celery
    Onion
    Garlic
    Carrots
    Potato
    Chicken stock

Directions

Lightly sauté celery, onions, garlic and carrots
Add with sliced potatoes to slow cooker and put chicken on top.
Cook on high for 3 - 4 hours
