Ingredients

    1/2 stick of unsalted butter
    3/4 cup of granulated sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 cup sour cream
    1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 cup white chocolate chips
    1/4 cup crushed candy canes

    Powdered sugar icing and crushed candy cane topping

Tips

You can add the powdered sugar icing and crushed candy canes to the top.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter and sugar until creamed. Add in eggs, one at a time and then vanilla. Add sour cream. Mix dry ingredients in to mix and incorporate chips and candy canes. Bake for approx 45-60 min, until tester comes out clean.
