Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    16 oz Spaghetti
    1/2 t salt (optional)
    1/2 t Oregano
    1/2 t Garlic powder
    1/2 c Skim Milk
    1 large egg
    2 oz Pepperoni. I used 24 slices
    1 - 26 oz jar of pasta sauce
    1 - 16 oz can diced Italian tomatoes
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 - 8 oz bag shredded Italian Cheese
    Pizza toppings of your choice: olives, sausage, onions, green peppers, mushrooms, etc.

Tips

I used cheddar cheese.


Directions

Cook noodles. Drain and put in casserole dish. Brown the meat. Wisk milk an egg. Pour over pasta. Add pasta sauce, tomatoes, garlic powder and oregano to pasta. Mix all together. Layer ground beef then pepperoni. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and Italian cheese. Layer more pepperoni or any pizza toppings. Bake 350 degrees for 30 min.

Serving Size: I made in 9x13 pan to serve 8-10
