Ingredients

    Spring Green Salad mix 3 cups
    Banana 1 med
    Apple 1 med
    Flaxseed 1 teaspoon
    Water 2 cups
    No calorie sweetner 2 packets

    I drink my smoothies for breakfast and lunch so only two servings of 20 oz +/- 2oz.

    I also like my smoothies a little grity. I can chew or make chewing motion and start the digestion process.

Directions

Blend greens and water.
Peel Banna
Decore Apple
Then add other ingredients. Until desired texture.

Serving Size: Makes 40oz of Smoothie
