Ingredients

12 Cups fresh spinach
1 stalk of celery
6 baby carrots
1 Cup of water
2 apples
1 10 oz bag frozen brussels sprouts
1/2 Cup almonds
1/2 Cup walnuts
10 oz. plain greek yogurt
1 banana
1 Cup peanut butter
4 scoops protein powder
Tips
This recipe make a week's worth of green smoothies for two people.
Directions
Blend spinach with water until smooth, add carrots and celery and blend until smooth, blend in apples, then add brussels sprouts and blend until smooth. Add in nuts and blend until smooth, then add yogurt banana protein powder and peanut butter. Blend until smooth
Feel free to add some ice and blend in if you like.
