Ingredients

    2# bag of shredded hash browns, thawed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    16 oz sour cream
    12 oz Velvetta, cubed
    1 medium sweet onion, diced
    1 cup melted butter, divided
    2 cups corn flakes
    Salt & pepper to taste

Tips

This can easily be doubled. I cook these in a roasting pan (size depends on if single recipe or doubled).


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a roasting pan with cooking spray (small roasting pan for single batch, turkey-sized roaster for double batch).

Mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cubed Velvetta, diced onion, and 1/2 cup of melted butter in a large bowl. Add the hash browns and mix thoroughly. Salt and pepper to taste.

Turn into prepared pan. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes, until heated through.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 20 1-cup servings
